Pros

Client interaction everyday. Management is great. Benefits are great.

Cons

The turnover has been fairly high since I started. Makes it tough to keep staffing. they are accommodating to taking vacations. No short notice days off though.

Ok, but nothing too exciting

Pros

Family company, large with many different positions and opportunities

Cons

Banking is the big thing with JFG, and insurance takes a back seat to everything it seems. Transitioning clients from one person to another so frequently is counter-productive and creates incoherent service plans for associates to follow.

Pros

Above average benefits, autonomy (not micromanaged), friendly and supportive co-workers, culture allows for personal and professional growth.

Cons

Entry level positions could pay better to retain higher quality employees.
