There are some great people that have worked at this company, but most of them get scared away quickly by the questionable business practices and the realization that they're only trying to convince you that you'll be treated well - not actually doing it.

Cons

Questionable business practices and no real sense of commitment to employees - only sales goals and pushing products.

Pros

Wonderful people. They were all very good to me and I made many personal friends there. Leadership is strong and the culture is lovely. Very comfortable place to work.

Cons

Hiring from within and promotions seem rare. Pay for non senior and non leadship positions is lower than industry averages. Projects tend to move very slowly due to numerous change control policies. Lots of red tape.
