Pros

No company politics, great employees and supervisors, everyone will support you, pretty good employee benefits

Cons

salary is median to low based on market, not the best environment, located in an area with poor amenities

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! We do really enjoy working with our awesome group of employees and proud of our benefits program we offer. Our goal is to pay fair at market rate so I encourage to please come talk to HR or to your supervisor regarding your salary concerns. We would also like to hear more about your comment on poor amenities as we're confused since we have tons of new restaurants (sit down and fast food styles) that have gone in recently in addition to the established ones, Kwik Trip across the street, coffee shops, grocery stores, day care options, etc. Not quite sure what you'd be referring to but we welcome your feedback. Thanks again.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have a great team of call center agents that enjoy helping and supporting each other. We've had rapid growth in the business in a tight labor market that sure makes it a challenge for our ongoing hiring in the call center. We continue to hire as fast as we can in order to reduce overtime occasions. Our leadership takes every precaution to prevent burnout by providing PTO and flextime. When OT has been required, it's been limited hours with the complete flexibility give to the Agent on when they'd prefer to complete the OT. We wish you the best in your future career endeavors!
