      -The People -Great facility -Good Benefits -I feel like I have ownership in my job

      This seems silly - but I don't like the bathrooms. And I feel the cleaning of the building and grounds has went down over the years.

      Pros

      Challenging work environment, no two days were the same and each day offered a new way to push and grow myself. My boss was amazing and great to work with and would always take the time to help with any project.

      Cons

      Company culture focused mostly on sales and let quality slide which could be frustrating if you worked with the customers.
