      It's a mess

      - Casual team and environment - Flexible hours and lunch breaks - No weekends

      Cons

      - No employee onboarding - Poor training - No career growth - No benefits - Uncompetitive pay. Too bonus-oriented. If you miss a goal by a penny, you're not making money, but if you exceed your goal by 500%, you're making only 100%. And you can't influence the performance much, because marketing budgets change on a whim - I'm expected to do a job of 15 specialists as one person for a below-average pay - Ridiculous expectations for the little resources available - Lack of leadership - Chaotic. No vision or road map - No processes or SOPs - Almost no remote work, even when there's no reason for me to be physically in the office - Poorly done websites and e-commerce stores (technically) - Micromanagement from HQ - Poor product quality control
