      Pros

      Very casual environment. People are very social and willing to chat with each other. Massage chairs in the cafe.

      Cons

      The sensation of a small company also brings gossip and small company politics to life very easily. Very easy to avoid if you just do your work and be friendly. Pay is typically below average for roles.

      Pros

      Pretty Flexible on hours. IF you hit goal good bonuses

      Cons

      Too Bonus/ Goal based. if you miss goal by even a penny, your not making money. Needs to have a more even non Feast/Famine pay system. Even your normal comm goes up by a third if you hit goal but it can be cut by a third too if you miss margin by even a 1/10th of a percent.
