Great co-workers and managers! JHTNA does a fair amount of promotion from within, which helps employees feel like they have opportunities inside and outside of the position they were hired for. The wellness program is unmatched from what I've experienced and heard from friends who work at other companies around the area. They really care about promoting health and well-being in a fun way that includes a variety of people.

Johnson Health Tech is a good place to work. The wellness perks are really what sets the company apart in a lot of ways. We have a fabulous and huge fitness center available for employee's to use at any time with locker rooms, showers and a full towel service. Employees are incentivized to workout through a rewards program. People can workout at any time they can fit it in their work day based on department needs. The HR Team is creative in offering a variety of benefits and I also feel they are receptive to employees suggestions. Not everything can be implemented, of course, but you do feel like you are listened to.
