Pros
What a great company. Excellent health care benefits as you would expect from a pharmaceutical company and management really is there to help the employees. The training programs that they have are the best that I've ever seen and the employees that are here are really smart and happy to be working for the company. It's just such a good environment to work in.
Cons
Can't think of any cons. It's just really a good company to work for. They get the best talent in the industry and just let them go and do their thing. I haven't seen anybody that does any kind of micromanaging or anything like that, so it's just really nice to be at a company that allows you to be yourself!
