Finance management is terrible - they pay too close attention to non value added details, assign way too many projects & they have no idea what happens beneath them.

Organization throws unproven leaders into the deep end of the pool and pay with poor leadership behaviors up and down the organization because of it. Anyone who has been in a thriving team culture would feel this disconnect after their first year. Diversity within the leadership ranks is a huge disparity which leads to a lot of siloed off thinking and cookie cutter solutions.
