      Leadership is not great

      Pay is great, benefits are great

      Cons

      Leadership or as they like to call "coaches" are not great. They hire people who favor and tend to not care enough about the whole team. If you ask anybody who works in Meadowside who's a colored person, they'll tell you about how leadership REALLY is. They'll allow someone to get away with anything if they favor them. They make horrible excuses or make bad decisions for the line. These "coaches" sit at their office, stating they are working, when the reality is they are chitchatting away to not be on the line.

      Pros

      Amazing coworkers, everyone is so nice. My coach (manager) is wonderful. So supportive and caring, she's a great leader. Johnsonville has given me so many development opportunities Amazing pay and benefits, the onsite clinic, onsite fitness center, and counseling benefits show that the company cares about my health and wellbeing.
