- fun events in the offices - beautiful Global facility with workout room open to all employees on campus - frequent check-ins with your coaches (supervisors)

Cons

- Differences between offices and production floors. -- Teams are often larger so check-ins are less frequent if other besides annual review -- Celebrations largely relegated to the typical food catered in because they don't like shutting down lines (depends on facility though).

While it is a bit challenging to deliver similar recognition events between the production plants and offices, our Best Place to Work teams and team leaders are getting continually more creative in finding ways to engage more with their members and recognize their accomplishments. We have a great team dynamic, working hard and having fun!

Cons

Some may have a longer commute if they prefer living in a larger city. (on the flip side, the drive in doesn't involve crazy traffic)
