Cons

Working in their warehouse, you will be working every other weekend. You can trade weekends or look for someone to work for you, but its hard to find members who are willing to give up their weekends, and for good reason.

There are a ton of benefits to coming to work at Johnsonville; the Profit sharing, health insurance the best in the county (health, vision and dental), and wages. Plus most of the people here really care about you and your well being.

Cons

The only con that I can really say is that it is like most manufacturing plants, and some people bring the drama and some don't.
