Pros

Enjoy the people I get to work with in my department. Great health insurance benefits.

Cons

Poor communication with management. Schedule is often unknown until the week before it's due. Holidays, weekends, late shifts.

Pros

Coworkers are great to work with on night shift. We work as a team. The relationship between departments is strong for the most part. Love that I work a set schedule each week excluding days I choose to pick up to help out.

Cons

Pay could be better, but could be worse as well. Strict about overtime, but that's almost anywhere nowadays.
