-pay is relatively good -regular bonuses, COL increases, other incentives -good benefits -department leadership seems to genuinely care about the staff

Cons

-currently experiencing high turnover; lots of staffing vacancies and new grads -pay is low in relation to educational requirements and level of responsibility (really an industry-wide issue)
