      Pros

      Own truck and customers. Room for growth

      Cons

      Long hours and junk pay for the amount of responsibility. Very little education involved in actually water ecology. Since the buy out, employee care/ relations have gone down, bonuses went away too.

      Pros

      I get to use my degree every day. I work with people I have grown to call my friends. As I have progressed through the company they are always willing to increase pay and vacation days. We are expanding and there are so many more opportunities now than have ever been offered before.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to deal with condescending customers but that can happen anywhere. I would say my biggest complaint would be some employees don't care as much and it can make your job harder.

      Pros

      Competitive Pay Good work environment Various scheduling options Fast paced environment Guarentee healthy fish Good vacation time and benefits. This company is the first place I have come to work for and genuinely enjoy coming to work every day. I know my role in the company is important and do my best to ensure that our customers have a good experience. This is a great company to work for. Our fish production team is also one of the best in the country and ensures healthy fish are being stocked into the pond at all times.

      Cons

      Long hours during April-June. Communication between various teams could be improved.
