      Fantastic place to work. Family environment, good pay, employer goes out of their way to be good to employees.

      A lot of travel time and summer schedule can be exhausting.

      The seasonality if the business. Kind of like Landscaping.

      The pay seemed decent for a first job out of college.

      The salary was not good at all once you consider the insane amount of hours they work you and all the DOT laws you brake on a daily basis.
