Good work environment with fellow employees Good benefits and flexible work schedule Departments are well organized Compensation is comparable to competitors

Cons

Upper Management does not give enough positive reinforcement, you're looked down upon more for mistakes than for doing a good job. Half of the management isn't even capable of doing the job in the department they are managing.
