True feeling of teamwork, excellent managers, warm and welcoming environment, taught a lot of fundamental skills, work to bring out the best qualities in each of their employees

Cons

Occasional workplace drama due to people being close, sometimes hectic, not a lot of room for upward mobility, often have to pick up the slack of others not carrying their weight, not very racially diverse

Management was great and all the tools needed to succeed are there.

Cons

Hours just weren't for me. It's retail so you need to work weekends and nights to make money. After 12 years in the industry I needed to move on.

Cons

Poor communication between management and employees. Insufficient inventory of stock merchandise. Lack of advertising. Little acceptance of ideas from the field.
