      Pros

      Phenomenal working culture, all the managers care and the Executives are willing to come into a store and listen to suggestions which is huge. Good room for advancement, have personally seen the culture of promoting within which is the best way to hire management in my opinion

      Cons

      Inconsistent traffic but decent hourly to make up for it. Long hours as you will be working open to close.
