*It's an unspoken rule that if you're called to cover a shift, you will cover that shift. If you refuse for any reason, pretty much everyone will start treating you badly.
*The drama is unreal, but it's like that in healthcare.
*The nurses can be catty and typically refuse to help CNAs with anything.
