Pros

Whenever I have a problem I have multiple ways to contact my care team who is always there for me right away. My clients are all friendly and reliable, and even if they're not I can put families I'm not comfortable with on my exclusions list. I always feel supported by my company because they always listen to me. I love my job, but if I feel like I need advice on how to be better they have so many resources to teach me different ways to improve.

Cons

Sometimes the scheduling can be complicated because I have to figure out what hours I want to put down as my availability. Also, the information on the client's profiles aren't always up to date.

choose your own hours. calling off when you’re sick is easy and they can find a replacement for the day. people at the office are really nice and have crafts available at the office for the kids

Cons

it’s not always 100% guaranteed you’ll get hours for the availability you have but 90% of the time you do get hours
