Pros

I love the families that I meet and have awesome bonds with those families. The management is friendly and understanding! The ability to set your own schedule is helpful for those in school.

Cons

Unless you have established relationships with a bunch of families don't expect much business. They switched it over to allowing the parents to select their nannies, which is fine, however if you are a new nanny it makes it more difficult for you to get jobs. Also the compensation could be improved.
