I have worked for this company for years. I love seeing new these new family and grow with these special family.

Cons

I wish I could work more hours but for being a on call nanny i can only received so many hours per month.

The students are great and there is a lot of flexibility with the sessions, so you can be creative!

If it were part time work and not too worried on the pay it would be great. It was a good opportunity to build managerial skills and work in a intense demanding job. Co-workers and the other employees were fun to get to know. There were some fabulous families.

Cons

It is a 24-7 job.The pay was lousy and no benefits. I would not recommend the job to anyone.
