Pros

Great resources to support HR strategies. Leadership team demonstrated an openness to explore new ideas. Executive Leadership aimed at profit sharing which was heart felt by almost all employees.

Cons

Lack of training to upskill resources. Lack of accountability for the wider population and little no recognition or promotional movement.

Pros

This company has good pay. It has Many company events. It has Good benefits. It has Good managers. It has Friendly and nice coworkers. It has Free food and a variety of free coffees. It has Internal job postings. It has Flex time. The list goes on. It seems to me like there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy yourself and move around positions if you want. After reading several reviews my guess is that your experience may vary depending on department.

Micro management to the greatest degree. It almost seems like they have adopted their client's mentality approach to their business.
