If you are part of IT its not bad at all but all other areas are not that great

You may get the opportunity to work on something new.

Cons

Endless games, politics, head trips. All comes from the CEO and trickles downward. Everyone has there little terrain carved out, so don't step on any toes. And in the end, you WILL get stabbed in the back.
