A great company to work for, what could be better than making a difference in a company that's making a difference?

Pros

Making a difference in a company that's making a difference. Lots of change means lots of opportunities to influence and contribute in a positive way. Juniper also has a strong programme of product development in both the Service Provider and Enterprise markets which means you are very unlikely to get stuck in a rut. We also have a very good benefits package - which just adds the cherry on the top of the job satisfaction icing. A nice mix of work/life balance with manageable travel.

Cons

You have to be prepared to accept continual change which might be hard for some people, but if that's what you like you'll get it in abundance at Juniper!

Pros

Great people who are motivated and intelligent. It's definitely a place where your contributions are recognized. If you're looking for a place to hide then Juniper is not that place. Everyone is expected to work hard and contribute towards the success of the company.

Cons

Juniper is a growing company and there are some growing pains. The work is a bit on the heavy side since we work on smaller teams but that's also good since we are expected to do more.
