Pros
Small team environment that lets you manage yourself. Great Coworkers and company culture. Profit Sharing Bonuses. Minimal deadlines, mostly continuous improvement projects for the manufacturing processes. Low employee turnover rate. Upper management is very open with the company financials and shares business plans and numbers with whole company each month.
Cons
Management struggles to complete new projects on time which can effect overtime and ability to give good raises. Pay is not competitive. Benefits they just changed to aren't great. Company's medical plan puts employees into debt with the company by paying full medical bills to hospital and then company sets a payment plan that is on their terms.
