* Company has strong maxims that govern behavior encouraging a good work/life balance, commitment and ownership by everyone. * Everyone works together - groups are open to interaction with each other, Easy To Do Business With includes other departments and groups * Management is accessible and open * Advancement is slow as it's a small company and not much turn-over * Break room, small gym and racquet ball court, country feel * Best company I've ever worked for! * Company is run very conservatively financially (no layoffs during recession!)

* Small-town atmosphere -- everyone tends to know everyone else's business * There are a lot of family members as there is no rule against nepotism * Company is run very conservatively financially (Salaries may not even be competitive for the region)
