Free candy nice city Eco friendly great production workers great office workers

Cons

There are too many to list but mainly the workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation and double standards that are spearheaded by the HR department and filtered down throughout the company. The 3 owners are aware of the issue but hold no power, respect or authority to implement change. Sneaky sexiest and racist behavior that warrants investigating from outside of Bethlehem.

Pros

Just Born looks great from the outside; it even appears fun when you step inside. The talk is good and the philosophy/vision would be great if they were true.

Cons

Beware! Once you are inside, it will not look nearly as good as it did with the rose-colored glasses you wore outside. The line waiting to get out may be as long as the one waiting to get in.

Pros

Good Salary, Good Health Care, Nice co workers

Cons

Show favoritism. Expect you to work 24/7. NO Appreciation for hard, excellent job you're doing. Overload you with work. Too much stress! Extremely Slow moving decision making by top management. Do not appreciate their older employees. Worked there over 35 years and got pushed out the door because of age. Plan on early retirement at age 55. Not many people retire there. They clean house about every 9 years of older employees.
