Good benefits. Some great co-workers

Cons

Don't be fooled by outside appearances. Too much drama and favoritism. Unfair work practices. People and their abilities are not valued. Philosophy of Respect is plastered all over the company but they do not practice what they preach. Honestly is viewed as a negative there and if your honest and speak out you will either be driven out or fired. That's the sad reality and truth about this company.

company has excellent benefits, salaries were good, opportunity for advancement is pretty good, knowledge of industry was excellent among management

Cons

a lot of unfair practices, many favorites, the company is in a neighborhood that is pretty unsafe, too much favoratism
