I start my day at 6am and go home at 2:45pm

Cons

Overuse of the word "mandatory " , production employees have a "point scale" bonuses are far and few in-between, pizza, candy bars, or catered food are considered a "thank you" instead of a bonus. Way to many members of management and not enough working people
