Minimal effort, no supervision, low expectations, low quality & unlimited vacation.

Cons

Frequent layoffs, the worst employees are promoted and the best employees leave the company quickly. Poor processes, terrible management, basic engineering, and pointless products.

Pros

Great benefits minus vacation. Lots of great dedicated long term employees. Make great products but do need more focus on quality.

Cons

Executive team is totally clueless as to how to run the business. Forecasting is nonexistent and there's very little loyalty to the employees. Too many long term employees who are not held accountable. Too many managers and higher considering the company's economic situation. Wages not competitive with market.

The German culture from the HQ not in America is nice and keeps this company modern.

Cons

Lots of toxic people from bought out companies that joined Karcher still there. No guidance from leadership, it’s mostly old guys who got in the due to the good ole boys club and riding out the younger people they hire to carry them into retirement. Don’t waste your time and career here if you don’t have to.
