Pros

There is "unlimited" time off if youre exempt, health care plan is very good.

Cons

No respect from middle management if you're a minority or young, co-workers sell each other out, no room for advancement, substandard pay for the area and no bonus for years. You have to justify why you have a job by filling out "sucessfactors" for no reason. Consider yourself warned.
