I have nothing to write here.

Cons

It's annoying being micromanaged by our supervisors. We know how to do our jobs, and I'm sure that I do my job excellently given my performance. But our supervisors still try to find any excuse just so they can meddle with what we're doing. They also don't know when to shut up and listen!
