Pros

Working at KVK is a rewarding experience. The work environment here is positive and conducive to professional growth. The managers are supportive and provide constant training to be updated with the new trends. Management values hard work and rewards us generously through performance bonuses. As for benefits, we get health insurance, 401 (k) plan, dependent care, paid leaves, free lunches, family medical leaves, childcare, discounts, flexible work hours and much more.
