Pros

You meet amazing people what you'll stay friends with for years. I'm really struggling to fil the 20- word minimum for the "pros" section of this review.

Cons

If you want to be totally miserable take a job here. It's run like a prison. The workload is very demanding. If you are drowning, there's no one you can contact to help relieve the pressure. Did I mention you'll have no life? Because you will have no life. I recommend creatives stay far far away. Don't say you haven't been warned.

The company offers better benefits and decent pay.

Cons

Our manager is too lazy that he lets us do his jo b for him. Aside from the regular workload I was assigned with, he gives me some of his job he doesn't feel like doing as of the moment. It's very irresponsible and annoying.
