Pros

KVK Tech offers just compensation and benefits. The work load is properly delegated so no need to work overtime. What’s inspiring is their state-of-the-art facility and wide sales coverage. They are expanding both in the production and distribution aspects so I would say that KVK Tech is a good place to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry.

Cons

Not glamorous because, what do you expect, it’s a manufacturing company.
