      Pros

      I'm involved in a lot of activities, so there’s always something new to figure out. Hands-on experience with equipment and processes has helped me understand what happens beyond theory. Over time, I’ve become more comfortable handling samples and following protocols. The team is easy to work with, and people happily offer advice if you’re unsure about something. Managers give clear instructions and let you focus on your tasks. There's good pay and quite a solid benefits package.

      Safety-first mindset supported by effective policies. All the supplies I need to do my job properly. Hardworking crew. Good hours and bonuses. Benefits package upgraded to include childcare expense reimbursement, merit increases, and tuition reimbursement.

      401K with company match. Annual bonus. Annual increase.

      Cons

      Though an annual pay increase is promised, management would make all excuses not to qualify you for an increase! You'll have to be able to maintain a high evaluation score the entire year and it's almost impossible to achieve! There were very few who could qualify though. Only 1% in our office!
