Pros
Something I really appreciate about KVK tech is the professional culture and team work. I worked for various organisations in my experience (which is more than a decade )and interacted with the friends working in different organisations. But very rarely i got a chance to find or hear about the best culture of "willingness to support for the change adaptability" of the team member. I understand that KVK believes that "The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team." The excellent job training and the support from the supervisors reinforced a lot of confidence in me for performing the new tasks comfortably. The organisation has a very constructive training plan. The company has a clear long term vision which ensures a bright career prospective.
