Pros

You get many hours, good people to work with but all looking for a new job.

Cons

Everything else, the hours are terrible you will never have a life outside of work, far too many 'talking' time wasters and not enough time is given to make the INSANE amount of daily work you have to meet to mee KPI. The belittlement and micromanagement from the entitled higher ups will stress you to the point of breaking. They don't even acknowledge the work you do. To avoid disappointment, please avoid this company.

You can learn to deal with customers, other clerical work, and time management. You can use these to your advantage to find a better job.

Cons

The job doesn't require you to do a customer service job but many other things as well. Management of orders, inventory, requests and complaints, and a lot more. you do a lot more things than you get paid for.

They pay good money but not worth giving up your health!

Cons

Due to over exhaustion and burnout, my health was terribly affected. The anxiety due to the stress was awful it kept escalating and getting worse by the day but none from the management cared about my health or anyone else's!
