Decent exposure to high-profile cases, will get some interesting work to do. Most people are decent, but there are a few people that you need to look out for.

Cons

Depending on the group you land into, there are people that can sabotage your career if you're not careful. I've seen a number of people get driven out because of borderline abusive behavior.

Friendly staff, cafe on site, plenty of training (if needed), flexible work schedule. The Seattle management team really cares about their employees and will do what they can to make sure everyone is treated correctly and equally.

Cons

Overall benefit perks has diminished over the years. There is a lack of opportunity to advance for staff.
