Great group that I work in. High respect for each other. Everyone on team is involved in cases (from staff through partners).

Cons

Overall management sucks. Office administrators are not kind to staff when it's the staff they are suppose to be protecting.

Pros

Reasonable salary, challenging work and beautiful office space. Small office means work can be interesting and diverse, but sometimes overwhelming. Office leadership has good intentions. Decent, but expensive, benefits.

Cons

Poor communication and management. Not mean, but many are procrastinators, don't provide feedback or undermine the authority of others. The firm as a whole is cheap and tries to skimp on salaries and benefits. This is the first place I've worked that didn't cover staff health insurance or contribute to 401k.
