The company name sounds cool. I always tell people the "Gates" is from Bill Gates's father. The offices are in good locations and expensive buildings. Colleagues are all well educated.

Cons

The lack of culture. Everyone was busy getting things done in their own offices and don't interact much with each other. The focus is heavily on the bottom line and the lawyers. The staff don't really get much attention.
