Pay is good and work life balance is ok

Cons

Unless you're a lawyer, they don't care about you. Unless you're a lawyer staff is Second Class. The mangers are filled with false promises. Training was non-apparent, basically had to train myself with their software and file system. The Communication is horrible.. The line between staff and attorney are clear.

Great benefits, excellent pay, decent tools to work with

Cons

Inconsistent management throughout the firm. It's as if you work for different companies instead of different departments - there are pockets of good areas. Extremely questionable use of promotions - sometimes promotions are based on merit, other times it completely depends on who you've done favors.
