Pros

PTO is the only perk for me, I get a decent amount of time off. Benefits are okay as well, but could be better.

Cons

Management does not care about you. I feel as though they need to step things up by showing more respect and appreciate their staff. Work environment is depressing when you hear about so many people looking for new jobs and wanting to get out. Not much room for growth and salary isnt great either. I heard things use to be so much better years before I got to the firm but they keep taking away things that really make employees feel appreciated. Therefore, things are going down hill. I will never recommend anyone to work at K&L Gates.
