Some great people and interesting work. Opportunity for great growth if you hitch onto the right star.

Cons

at the time, salary marginally competitive with what the firm believed to be its peer firms. Resources for skill development were there, but opportunities to work on projects were uneven. Topheavy.

The ability to work with management breathing down your neck and to have some autonomy on a local office level even though you are apart of a large firm. Also the current staff I work with is an awesome group of people.

Cons

The firm doesn't present a strong front in caring about support staff. Year after year no matter how hard the staff works despite hitting financial goals, the firm is very limited in what they offer in terms of compensation, bonuses, perkes, etc.
