Competitive Pay. Good team environment. Improvement in benefits (recently added allowances, retirement pay). Work-life balance.

Cons

Processes are still all over the place. Administrative hurdles get in the way of daily work. Management is reactive instead of proactive when it comes to employee needs. Career advancement few and far between.
