Lots of opportunity, growth, stretch for juniors, good supervisors. Good opportunities presented when firm went global.

Cons

As an international business decisions are not made locally the impact locals. This has impacted the culture and the retention of top staff. Unfortunately the focus on financial restraints has impacted the value add's (projects, benefits, staffing/resources).

Friendly environment as the firm is not too big. Small teams were communication is made easy. Excellent personnel and delicious canteen

Cons

low chances of international secondments; slow bureaucracy; too much paper work; culture and social events are not a priority
