Pros

One of the standout aspects of K12 Coalition is its culture. It's not just about perks and benefits; it's about a genuine commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. The leadership team encourages open communication, values diversity, and promotes work-life balance. The result is a workplace where employees feel valued, motivated, and eager to contribute their best.

Cons

I can't think of any.

Pros

K12 Coalition's mission, vision and values drive the culture, products and purpose. People are dedicated and passionate. It feels like a welcoming, positive environment, and a stable company.

Cons

The organization has grown through acquisition and there remains some disparate systems, processes and ways of thinking. But we are slowly coming together more and more.

Pros

I love working for K12 Coalition. They provide excellent benefits and job flexibility as well as career growth opportunities. I also enjoy working in the education space because it allows me to work for a company that transforms the lives of individuals.

Cons

Currently, I don't have any major cons of working here. We are fast-growing and there is a lot of work to do, but that is exciting.
