Good culture and mission! They believe in helping children with an alternative education to learning. Always come up with fun employee activities.

Cons

Tremendous growth almost too much and was in danger of losing track of true mission.

I can say people and environment are great. We have flexible working hours. Since K12 is enterprise company so tools /software and process are pretty much matured.

Cons

I don't see much more about negative sides. But it will be greate if they will have great 401(k) matching .
